Consequentially to the major upgrades managed by Construx. Director in the 90 Collins Street, the company then secured ERM Power office fitout 1,600sqm, highly detailed head office fitout. The project was very detailed including detailed Audio Visual component which required the installation of AMX controlled boardrooms interfaced with audio visual lighting control and a switchable JEB glass wall. Furthermore, the project included two breakout spaces, communications room and heavy customised joinery components, all delivered within the occupied building.
