STAMFORD HOTEL LOBBY, PENTHOUSE & POOL REFURBISHMENT

Staged and occupied hotel lobby refurbishment in a luxury hotel to a 5 Star presentation standard. Works delivered in a 24 hour live environment. Construx. Director worked directly with the client to develop and achieve structural and architectural changes and also changes to services design with a strong emphasis on value management. Project was delivered 2 weeks ahead of an already fast track programme. Construx. Director then completed further works within the Stamford, recently completed the penthouse prototype. Additional works include the chairman’s strip out to shell, indoor pool refurbishment and junior suite shell prototype, creation of new hotel room, shell and fit out.
